Due to state regulations regarding the sale of alcohol, we cannot accept returns on opened spirits; however, we are committed to ensuring your Biatch Tequila experience is flawless if your order arrives damaged or incorrect.

Return Process

    Report the Issue

    Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery if your bottle is damaged, leaking, or if you received the wrong item.

    Provide Documentation

    Email clear photos of the damaged packaging and the unopened bottle's seal to our quality assurance team for verification.

  • 3.
    Receive Authorization

    Once your claim is reviewed, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide a prepaid shipping label if a physical return is required.

  • 4.
    Refund or Replacement

    After processing, we will ship a replacement bottle immediately or issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
